In addition to our Martial Arts programs, we offer Fitness Kickboxing. This style of "aerobic kickboxing" is an invigorating, high energy workout that combines music, excitement and cardiorespiratory exercise with kicking, punching and blocking. All muscle groups are targeted and up to 800 calories can be burned during a session. This combination of fun and fitness can have extraordinary results and rewards in just a few months. Our Fitness Kickboxing program is offered for 16 year olds and above. You wear regular workout clothing and shoes, no belts or uniforms required. There is no physical contact and no experience is necessary. Instructors are certified by NAPMA. |
